Purchased a 2025 Winnebago 2530FK on Jan 23 at the Tampa RV Show. When I brought the towable to my site in an RV park and used the gray water valve the valve was not working and poured gray water out from the closed position. The gray water valve is clearly broken and should be covered under warranty. However, the process for warranties requires the service department to diagnose the problem and then order parts from Winnebago prior to being covered under warranty. We are not in a position to wait around for the part to be ordered and then shipped and then installed. I have proactively ordered the part, paid for the part and have been asked to pay for shipping. Hopeing that Winnebago will reimburse my out-of-pocket under warranty parts and labor costs as there seemed to be no other way to get the repair completed in a timely manner? The valve is behind the coroplast underlayment.
