2022 Micro Minnie FLX 2306 Floor issues.

2022 FLX 2306BHS When new, in 2023, the floor had a small squeak now 2 years later it's a major noise. It seems the floor is separating and panels are not supported. My dealer, who has been very good, says Winnebago does not cover floor issues event with the 3 year warranty. When you walk you can feel the floor going up and down. We live in Southern California with very little rain so I am pretty sure it's not from water.

My Micro Minnie has the same problem. The plywood sheets in the floors of most trailers are not secured to the frame below with enough fasteners so they tend to bow.
It might be possible to store a heavy water container (5 gallon?) over the bulges and over time the wood might go back flat. I don’t think you would want to pull up the vinyl and add more fasteners unless the bulge gets really bad. Resealing and hiding a seam could be challenging.
You might contact one or more independent rv repair guys and get their thoughts.
