2022 EKKO will not start. Problem unknown?

I own a 2022 EKKO and while traveling in Boulder City NV. my EKKO would not start. Completely dead. We had AAA tried to boost jump it and no go. We had a technician check the batteries and all fuses and all good. It was towed to a Ford dealership in Vegas. They have had it for 3 weeks. They changed something called a gateway module and that wasn’t the problem. They can’t identify the problem. Has anyone experience similar issue? Appreciate nay feedback. Steve

Can we assume it is still under warranty from Ford? This would be a chassis problem for Ford, not an RV problem.
So what would you do if you had a new car that was under warranty and the dealer would not/could not get it to start?
I would look in the chassis owners manual that you should have gotten with the big bag of info.
What does the chassis manual say about warranty repairs ? If no luck there, what does the state have in the way of consumer protection groups? Many of the more progressive states will have groups to handle this sort of nonsense!
Three weeks without being able to fix a vehicle is not acceptable but they will often try to avoid you moving further!
Be certain to keep any records of extra expenses!

Going the legal route is often a trek but considering the amount involved, I would assume it worth the chase!

Interesting find on the interwebs. Seems a single fault in the Transit's CANBus can result in a no start situation. Check out the following thread from the fordtransitusaforum where a single severed wire in a rear-end located wire loom, resulted in a similar problem.

After 3 weeks of waiting, I'd be calling the Ford customer service line in Detroit's main office and filing a complaint.
BTW, if you can document this problem happened while under warranty, that dealer cannot later claim the warranty has expired.

If it has one I would suspect the crankshaft position sensor, it won't cause a check engine or fault code!

A real shot in the dark here, but our Fuse has a passenger seat interlock that, if the seat is not rotated to the forward direction, will disable the starting circuit. Even if the seat is locked forward, the switch could also be loose or one of the wires could be damaged.
