When I switch from tank fill to "normal" does the water pump still Ned to be on? Either way I get no water flow in normal.
Also my tank levels gray and black read empty when I know they are not. I emptied gray when it read empty and it was closer to full.

New to me Forza owner and this is not like our 2018 vista. Water pressure and truma go are lacking.
Thanks for any assistance.

I have a 2017 Forza. While the knob is on tank fill you should not have your water pump on: it will just run continuously because the pump will sense low pressure in the water lines.

On my Forza if I have the knob turned to tank fill I get little water at the faucets if I am hooked up to city water, and no water if I am not hooked up and have the pump running. I only get pressure if I have the knob turned to normal.

If you are connected to city water then switching from fill to normal should give you water at the faucets and water heater. If not then you have a blockage somewhere.

If you have water in the tank, the knob at normal , and the water pump on with no water pressure being produced either the pump is not working or you have a blockage in the lines somewhere.

Sound like confusion and a bit of new combine to trick you!
One first stop may be to make sure of the year make and floorplan. One hangup there seems to be that there is no listing for 2021 Forza to get the owners manual!
There is a 2021 Forza in the parts section but there we need to break it down further into the correct floorplan!
Maybe they made a mistake in the listings but I do see a 2022 Forza??
Possible you have a 2021 chassis and a 2022 model RV built on top? That is a common thing.
If the correct manual is not on hand, this link to the home page and then under "owners" can get you tons of good info to find your way around the new RV!

If you want to do a deep dive into looking at lots of parts and things like where the plumbing lines run, this interactive parts catalog can be great:

When the manual mentions a drain or valve, it can be pretty vague, but it help me a lot to have a picture of the RV to spot WHICH compartment they mean!!!
What you and I see may be different than what the guy who wrote the manual saw!
I like pictures!

To sort which exact RV and when it was built, there should be a label near the driver's left side with lots of good info like that!

Rookie mistake. Feeling stupid. You were right. Thanks.
