Is it normal not to have the cushion that goes in top of the table to convert it to bed? The dealership guy said they don’t come with it. Where can I get one? Nobody can sleep there if there’s no cushion just a dip.

The back ones are not removable * That’s the issue. They are sewed on or glued on or whatever to the back rest of the seat

Nope, they use velcro. You can find videos on youtube showing the conversion. I have the 1800bh

My 1708FB has velcro, pull the cushion down gently until you can see it. They used the velcro to attach directly to the back rest cushion fabric.
