I have a 2020 Horizon 42Q with a XSG3NA Infotainment System that recently started intermittent phantom beeps and irratic volume adjustments. On our last cross country trip the thing just started beeping like crazy, it's the same beep that typically beeps once when a blinker is turned on or the steering wheel volume button it tapped up or down. It now just beeps like crazy and most recently the volume turns itself up to full blast with no user input. I wonder if it's a problem with the unit itself or perhaps a short in the steering wheel volume control buttons? If anyone has had a similar issue or any insight I'd sure appreciate hearing about it and possible resolutions? Thank you!!

The XSG3NA is the hardware for your system but it’s a system by Xite Solutions NA. It was distributed by a company in Indiana called Riverpark Industries.

I have the same system and so do other Winnebago motorhomes as well as, Entegra and Newmar motorhomes.

From your description I would guess it’s the Steering Wheel controls. Mine doesn’t have those but it came as a smart wheel feature on newer Freightliner chassis diesel pushers.

Give Riverpark Support a call at (800) 442-7717 or email Xite support at [email protected] and see what they think the problem is.
