2019 Sunstar 29VE Dash Heater Resister Location

I have a sunstar 29ve which the ac/ heat blows only on high. I am trying to locate the resistor. I do not see it on the Evaporator heater box Under the hood. Would it possibly Be under The dash by the blower motor?

Inside above pass. feet? Behind padded board. Board held on with angle bracket each end.
Pack is above and right of motor!
Good luck at it can be a trick to get to the angle bracket screws when working blind!

This is exactly where mine is on 2018 Sunstar. The issue for me though was fan could be made to blow on low and medium speed if I jiggled wires in the area.
Pulled off cover but still difficult to get to. The issue turned out to be connector was a bit melted probably due to loose wires and increased resistance. I tried to find new connector but was impossible. I just ended up connecting the wires directly and making sure they were tight and won’t ever touch. Been working great ever since.
