My 2019 25 adventurer Jack's won't go down. Pump, not running , no clicking sound. This happens.
Intermittently. I checked the oil level. I checked voltage at the pump. I checked the inline 10amp fuse at pump I cannot go to manual mode or auto level. When I press the buttons, nothing happens. Right now they are in the up position and won't go down. But if I would move it, there's a good chance they would start working again. This has happened to me four times on trips. And now in my driveway, it sits and I can't get the jacks to go down any advice on what to look for that.I haven't already done.

I'm, guessing this might be a 27N?
Do you know which brand and series, etc. of jacks you have?
If they are the popular HWH brand, they do a good job of posting info online and you might find a good guide there?
Sorry, but we need more info to start the trek!
One quick idea that is easy to miss on power is checking the ground as well as power!

There are numerous fuses in a HWH leveling system. Do you know the brand name and model#? Without that information you cannot receive cogent advice. HWH leveling system Quick ID
If the motor solenoids do not click , it's pretty sure you have a 12V supply problem, at least up to the point there is blown fuses.

It's a power gear system. I have checked power at the pump. Also inspected and check all ground points i think. This is an intermittent problem. The last time it happened after going to bed then getting up in the morning the jacks worked.

AARGH! That sounds like a connection that may be just close enough to make contact when warm but lose it when cooled! Gremlins? I believe that is the official name! :alien:
Basic idea is they can drive us crazy!
But I better let somebody who has looked at that brand jump in as it is not one I know much about!
But before quitting, this may be better help?
I checked AI and this is what they came back with as that is a Lippert system! Maybe a call or look for the manual with the added info on exactly which you have?

I'm thinking that some systems have fuses directly in the control head but that is HWH and really just guessing! What you need is to catch it when it is NOT working and then go through and rattle things fro point "A" to point "Z" until finding the right spot! Double UGH!!

But maybe getting info on how power flows will be first step?

here is a picture of my touchpad. The left right and center lights flash, which I believe indicates a system failure from what I read. The reset is to hold all 4 Jack buttons in for 10 to 15 seconds. And I should see a flashing and beep that doesn't happen to reset. When I turn it on, it goes through the self-diagnostic stage before I get those lights. I was wondering if there's a way to jump out to pump motor to bypass any electronics to see if the pump motor is bad.

K time for a new update, I took out the control module which was in the most inconvenient spot. They could possibly put it, took me almost an hour to get it out after I got it out. Now the manual Jack lower will work, but the auto Jack will not work. All 4 lights on the control panel on the - are blinking. Left, right front back and the power. Button in the middle is blinking. Here is a picture of the control module. Any you help on what voltage should be at. What location would be of great assistance to me? At least I'm making headway. Thanks for all the help.

No idea here but I would not jump to that without knowing lots more about the system as putting power on at the wrong tiem may lead to damage in other parts if not setup to do that. The motor usually is one of the more strudy parts to the ssystem and I rarely hear of motor faiures while there are tons of smaller parts to break down!
Finding the correct manual would be my first step as it does things in the logical step by step needed to avoid overlooking some small item! No ideas on the Power Gear setup but other brands have fuses in the control head as well as other spots along the line.
But with lots of different companies making lots of different models and changing almost dailly, it is not possible to say what any one specific item should do.

I work with lots of different techs in other fields and one thing I do know is how easy it is for them to guess and turn a small blown fuse into a $500 repair!

That snip I posted is part of the answer I got from AI and that means it may nt be fully trustworthy but it can point me in the the right direction at times. For instance, it now gives part of our posts as referrence to information it gives us!!
Using the two of us for reference is not what I call fully reliable???? I feel safer going to the info from the folks who build the system!
