2017 View Mobieye issue

Good Morning ! I am a new owner of a 2017 View with the 9 inch factory navigation Winnebago system. I am getting a question mark on my Mobieye system. Is there a way to tell I have it and it is not working, or if it was an option that was not installed and I can turn it off.

I'm guessing your View has a Xite infotainment system and someone, a previous owner maybe, installed a software update for your system. Your Xite system is not made by Winnebago, they buy it from Riverpark Inc.

I'm not aware of any Mercedes Sprinters coming standard with a Mobileye system. It seems that some Newmar and Entegra motorhomes came with that system installed and since they too use the Xite system Xite Solutions included that functionality in recent software updates.

How do I know?? My 2017 Adventurer has an Xite system and I received a software update from them that installed the Mobileye firmware and I too have a Mobileye question mark on my Xite screen. It blinks and sometimes when I select the Rear View Camera option it will show a box in the middle of the screen with a blinking question mark, too. Luckily, it doesn't do that when I put the RV in reverse.

I'd like to get rid of it, but haven't bothered to contact Xite Solutions, Inc. I'm sure if I did they could provide a file that gets rid of that. I keep thinking I will contact them and then forget between RV trips.
