We are the first owners of a 2017 Forza 34T. Within the last year or so, a small section of the floor between the kitchen and bathroom seems to be a little soft when walking on it.
I have been unable to inspect the floor from underneath, since the waste tanks fill that area. I keep up with sealant maintenance and see no evidence of leaks anywhere. We live in Southern California which is relatively dry. The water pump never runs when faucets are off, so there is no fresh water leak.
I read somewhere that some RV floors have a layer of hard foam beneath the flooring that can degrade over time, especially in high traffic areas. But I do not know how our floor is constructed.
Has anyone seen this kind of thing before?
Thanks!
