I am attempting to locate a replacement dash heater and a/c control unit. However, all of them i am able to locate are not the same as mine. Any help would be appreciated!

Without knowing what indicates that part is bad, I would start with making really sure I have to do that hard stuff. I have never found that to be my problem! There are so many small things involved that I really go slow before going for the big hard to find parts!
Things like broken vacuum lines or blend air doors tend to be far more common.
Maybe tell us more about the problem and a better solution could be found?
One way to go is to sort out which small part of that control unit may have failed. Possibly get it down to replaceing something like a switch?
But you may be correct and already done the good look, so I might suggest looking to salvage yards who do RV specific salvage and hope to find that item. A long shot but there are networks among salvage dealers who can put out a call for a specific item to doing a broader search.
Have you found the part number for that item?

I appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately one of the "posts" (fan control) is nearly broken off on the inside of controller. I may attempt to take the unit out and disassemble but want be prepared in case things go south.

Okay! That makes it much more likely to find that small part than the OEM panel!
This would seem to be what is broken and what might fix the problem?

What I see is that there are many times when a small part that is used in dozens or hundreds of different vehicles may be broken and really near impossible to find the whole unit. But if we only need the small part, there can be hundreds of those laying around or even still being made!
So maybe you don't need the whole unit but a temperature control switch of this number. I might guess that switch was used on tons of 2016 Ford chassis, so I would go looking at the auto parts stores as a first stop to ask if they have the cross reference from the Winnebago part number to the Ford part number. Check that is a Ford chassis as I am guessing on that and it may be a different chassis builders part.
But the idea is that finding the small cheaper parts and getting them in is going to be much easier than changing out the whole control unit and especially much easier to find!
This is info that comes from AI and I'm slow to trust it but there are times when it gives me great info. Trust but verify was what some old goofball used to say?

Looking back at this again, I'm ptretty sure I have messed up on whch switch was needed. Tjhe one at the far left as we face the dash?
slightly different Winnebago part number!! But if this was used on lots of Different heat/air controls on different model trucks/cars, I might try just letting the local parts folks see if they can do some magic on finding that one small item?
