2016 Sunstar Front Grill Bracket Adhesive Failure

has anyone encountered the adhesive failing on the front grill brackets. I suspect it's the same adhesive used on hood mounting brackets subject to recall.

Yes mine came almost all the way off on a long trip. I glued the. Back on, but they came off again. I used carriage bolts and attached them permanently like I did with the hood brackets. Think I got a bad production day.

There’s a recall out there for the hood brackets. I just cleaned off the old adhesive as best I could used strongest job weld then reinforced with resin and fiberglass sheeting

My 2017 Vista, not only did I lose half of my grill, I also lost the passenger side hood bracket. Winnebago did send out a Recall Notice and covered the cost for the new bracket and re-glue.

Had same issue on my 2019 27P vista Grill. Brackets came loose from fiberglass cap (see attached picture of brackets, Screws, some of the mushroomed adhesive Winnie factory used and the 3M panel Bond I used for repair). My hood brackets while still in place were wiggling around and doomed for failure so While doing grill repair, I bonded the brackets to the fiberglass cap by leaving in place but sanding as best I could the top of the bracket mounting area and the surrounding Fiberglass cap and then encapsulating the bracket areas and the Fiberglass cap areas with the same 3M panel bond. 2 years and just over 5K miles all is tight / Solid no wiggly at all.

Yes .on 2021 Adventurer. Last year it was the engine panel brackets. This year the grill brackets. I blame the jarring pounding from potholes on bad roads, California I-5 the worst.

Had to JB Weld all the grill brackets. Each failed at different times. Same as the hood brackets.
