2014 Winnebago Trend - clicking sound when either front door opened

We have a 2014 Winnebago Trend. Recently when we open the front doors we hear a loud clicking sound. At first I thought it might be a low battery but checked and put the battery on a trickle charger to make sure. It still happens. The sound is coming from under the dash. Concerned over safety of driving. Ideas on what is causing and what I should do? Thanks
