2010 Journey Express key fob is not responding

I just bought a Journey Express. The key fob had not been used in the past 3 years. I replaced the batteries and tried them. No luck. Is there a reset for the locks or something? Thank you.

Owner's manual has a good section on the door fob. But it also mentions the manual that should have been passed in the info case!
