2010 Aspect Dometic Skylight

Looking for a Dometic Skylight Dome for our 2010 Aspect part number 167091-02-xxx. A new one cost of $1200, looking for something cheaper. Anyone know someone with a Winnebago junk yard we can get one from or any other suggestions would be appreciated.

It may depend a lot on how long you want to search versus how quick you want the repair.
Same old story when value shopping!

Whether it is still true, I have not checked, so some looking/checking may be needed. But at one point RV salvage had groups that worked as a network and one dealer could put out the word for what was wanted and it went to lots of others in their network. Much like car salvage yards if familiar with that system?
An online search for terms like "RV salvage" can turn up those nearer you but since it is likely to be shipped, a wider net may get better response?

A lot of Winnebago skylights are two pieces consisting of an outer cover and a more decorative inner shell. It sounds like you are looking for the outer skylight cover and not the inner piece. Is that correct? If so, there are more generic skylight covers available from several places but you need to make sure it is tall enough to cover any part of the inner piece that sticks up and that the flange covers the old mounting holes for the original cover.

Try Amazon: rv powered roof vent. There are several to choose from starting at about $120.
