Sirius portion of radio not working and I’ve been told by many that problem may be from antenna connection, or the antenna itself. Problem is I can’t find the antenna location. There is a small, flat, rectangular type antenna on the roof of the coach, but was told it is the GPS antenna. Any suggestions on antenna location? Thanks

We are in a time when the facts are rare when getting the "word" on the street! So we have to cross check and be sure who is telling the story to get it right!

Big question might be why GPS would need an external antenna on a fiberglass body vehicle? Does your RV have a built in GPS?
Somebody may have done some mods but I would first check this info on location and where the coax runs!

When I want good info, I try to go to the most reliable place and I feel Winnebago is likely to know their product as well as anybody!
If it has not been changed, I would go with this as what they built!

Moriah thanks for your reply. We were at Lake Forest recently at the Winnebago’ service center having work done on one of our slides. Just before we had to return home I asked the service rep about our Sirius radio connection and he said it was probably an antenna connection. He pulled out a similar dwg to the one you sent, but it didn’t not have the antenna designations listed. Because the coach came with built in gps he believed that antenna was for the gps receiver. He wanted us to have them look into it but we needed to leave. With your dwg I can now look further into our problem. Thanks

YUP! One of the constants in RV is finding the sales folks are not into some of the details. I can understand how that can happen when dealing with items as varied as the whole of the Winnebago line and changes once or twice a year!
That's a lot to keep on top of the head!
