2008 Winnebago Destination and the 2008 Itasca Latitude

While I'm not instantly in love with the styling, I can see where I'll come to accept it. But it bugged me, it sort of looked familar.

Not sure what I'm thinking of though. Jeep Compass maybe?

Jeep Compass

A Compass Toad would look right at home, no?

Jim, By fall of 07 you will see that the UFO will offer the International Maxx Force engine which will be the twin to the "then" Power Stroke Diesel.

Mike, is the Maxx Force engine built by Navistar, or is it the Duramax diesel GM uses?
Workhorse's parent company is International Truck and Engine, a Navistar Company. The Maxx Force is being built by International for themselves, Ford and Workhorse.

Each of these engines will feature its own software and or calibration files therefore software wise they will be quite a bit different. Hardware wise they will be very close.

The Duramax is being used by Workhorse and it's installed in the LF (low floor) Series or air port shuttles. It's front wheel drive and uses an Allison transmission. The DMax is not used in the motorhome chassis due to allocation.

This spring the UFO will offer the Cummins ISB I-6 engine and in the fall of 07 we'll see the Maxx Force V-8 TT as an option on the UFO chassis. Downside on all these engine choices is; will your particular coach builder chose to buy one or the other diesels or take a course like some OEMs that are only going with the gas engine due to contractual obligations.

Driver:

Do you know what the differences will be in terms of HP and torque between the ISB and the Navistar (Maxx Force) V8?

Aside from doing simple research using Internet search engines and deriving data using these resources, there is no definitive horsepower or torque values available for publication from Workhorse.
