2008 outlook slide controller replacement

Hi, everyone. First time owning a Winnebago, motorhome, I have been camping my whole life, and we have purchased a 2008 Outlook 29 ft class C on a Ford chassis. It had sat for a couple years as the previoius owners had health issues. So after 3 weeks I have all the bugs ironed out except for one. Hot water tank didn't work, would start then stall after 30 seconds. Cleaned burner and all other ideas off of Google. Finally I found it was the propane regulator sticking and not letting enough propane through. Next was the Onan 4k generator would not run. Typical carb issues, took the carb off, cleaned it with as much brake-clean and carb cleaner I could, then bought seafoam carb cleaner and ran that through the carb. It seems to run now but still surges once in awhile. Hoping running it for a few days will clean it out. Lastly, the front slide would not move more than 6 inches then stop. lubricated checked as much as I could, found out to be the controller. I switched the back slide controller to the front and works like a charm. My question now is wher can I purchase one of these controllers. I have searched online to no avail. Is there a replacement part for this, has anyone else had this issue, and can these controllers be fixed?

I go first for searching the part number as there are so many dealers that may have one in stock. I think I see the Winnebago part number on that label? Try putting it in for a search and you may get lucky?
A quick look around for that part number seems to show it out of stock/obsolete! But that often means a different company is doing the business, so it may warrant calling and asking folks who deal with them what they replace it with when needed?
