I cannot find a thermostat control for the rear furnace, the main A/C heater control only uses the front furnace. There is a Honeywell thermostat control above the main digital control that I believe controls the roof fan, and another suburban thermostat in the main control center that I believes controls the bathroom fan neither of these 2 thermostat controls do anything however... Any help us appreciated

First thought is that it sounds like changes have been made to the RV! But it is always good to check things like drawings for real info before we guess too far out.
Can you tell us which model 2005 Vectra you have?
As a second thought, it sounds like there may be confusion on how the rear heat pump and the propane furnace may act to let the propane help when the outside temp is too low for the heat pump to do the full job.
If the owners manual is not on hand, this link should get you to that manual to help find and ID the various controls and also to explain how the propane furnace and heat pump work togehter when heat is needed:
Lots of good stuff to explain what you have and check chapter 7 for the heat question.

Ok, that was the next question of heat pump or no! So I need to state upfront that I am NOT the furnace/heat pump trained guy, so very limited!
But one point to check is that 12VDC battery is getting to the trermostat to be sent on as a signal to the furnace to start? That might lead to a simple fix if the fuse is blown?
Att he furnace a nd thermostat, there is a wire that should have a 2-3 letter code on the Winnebago wires. At the thermostast, you likely have to pull the wiring up out of the wall space to get to the Winnebago wiring that connects to the thermostat builders wires! They often change colors there so we can't find which wire without getting to the wires Winn adds to connect other builders items together.

The 12V comes to thermostat then when it calls for heat, that 12VDC is sent on wire JK toward the furnace as a first step to light.
But if that 12VDC is not getting to both furnace and thermostat, the fuse may be a problem to check.
This draawing of the fuse panel is shown looking from the back, so we need to trun it around to locate the fuse!
Shown as second from RIGHT on bottom row , so look for it on second from LEFT!!!
OR it might be labeled???
Not a furnace guy but that might get you started??

The first diagram shows a rear furnace thermostat, I wonder if the suburban thermostat in the control center is for the rear furnace an there is no thermostat for the toilet room fan

We can only look at what the RV had when it was built and it shows the two thermostasts in chapter 7 as mentioned.
This is a portion of those directiosn for use of the rear furnace!

If there have been others added by previous owners, it may be your RV has the only setup of that type and we will not know how or what it does.
I would first expect to find control knobs built into the vent fans and not have thermostast as the cover often has to be lifted before turning the vent fan on.
But if it has been changed by a previous owner, there is really no way to say what they may have done!
One way to determine if it is factory wiring is looking at it to see if it has the wire codes stamped and looks like other Winnebago wiring or if it is wire that looks more like something bought at the hardware!
Can you post some pictures of the fan as well as the third thermostat. That might lead to somebody who knows that specific RV being able to ID what you have if they are standard issue things?

We may be confusing things with different names?
There should have been a thermostat for the main furnace, also a differentthermostat for the rear furnace and that hsoud be in the rear. Then if it is as built, there is a switch shown for a vent fanin the bath but it is not a thermostat if I read correctly, but just a switch at some location.
Looking deeper, I find there are two thermoststa shown as well as a switch to control vent fans.
Power should come from these fuses as marked but I do not spot wheree the switch for vents is located.

CORRECTION??
I'm wrong yet again! Sorry , but in looking deeper, I DO fidn a galley vent thermostat on drawings. No info on where but it is there are you have thought! Seems to control both galley and bath vent fans?

Yes I confirmed the 2 thermostats control the 2 fans... I don't see a rear thermostat for the rear furnace, my manual is vague on the location it is supposed to be.

I suggest rereading your posts 1 and 3 where you mention the Suburban thermostat as it implies that you know where it is!
Then read chapter 7 of the owners manual that I mentioned in my post 7! In that chapter 7 as well as post 7 which I added, it gives the information on using the Suburban thermostat which it says controls the rear furnace.
So the question seems to be solved if you know which thermostat controls the rear furnace and you already know where that thermostat is located!

If you know where and the manual tells you what to do, there's not much more I can do for telling you where to find it!
Unless something radical has been done, it will still be in the same location you found it in yesterday!

I am certain the suburban thermostat controls the bathroom fan after cleaning contacts and verifying, my manual (chap6)shows a bathroom fan Honeywell tstat in the same place so someone probably changed it to a suburban.

A different way to help to sort any OEM wiring is to check the wires for ID stamped on them. If yoou find a long string of info on the wires from Winnebago, the last 2-4 letters can be used to look up the "from" and "to" locations of that wire. On the drawings, there is a link to both the wiring ID list as welll as a help section that will help explain how they do the drawings and ID stamp.
This can help as it gives the gauge an dcolor to expect as well as where that far end should be located. It can als often be used to find if a wire is power or ground!

But, when things have been changed, I do not recommend trusting any info about how it was first wired if it now has different items at the end. Once folks start changing, there really is not much good info on guessing what they may have done!

Even though the 40 is listed with a 2nd lp furnace, have you id'd 2 on the outside of the coach? I suspect the suburban tstat controls the rear lp unit. Is your lp tank open and does the front unit operate? The manual only lists the galley that has a temp controlled roof vent. There may be a fuse in the Suburban tstat.
