A member working on a 2002 Suncruiser 32V had a bedroom slide-out stuck while retracting, replaced the hydraulic pump after a mobile tech diagnosis, then realized the two connected relays had been disconnected without a reference photo. They asked if another owner could share a photo of the same relay wiring so they could reconnect everything and continue troubleshooting.

Another member suggested using the HWH manuals because jack and slide systems vary widely by series and option package...

Hello everyone! So here is my problem. My bedroom slide-out got stuck while coming back in, I had a mobile tech diagnose it to be the hydraulic pump, so I replaced that last week and then when I was reconnecting the relays, like a dummy, I forgot to take a picture of how they were hooked up. I have 2 of them down there and they were connected together, I was hoping that someone from the community could take a picture of how thei model is connected and post it here so I can connect them all up and move on with troubleshooting? thanks in advance!

This is NOT the most direct route to the info you asked about but there are times when we have to do it the hard way!
If nobody shows with good info on the wiring as asked, it may have to be going to the HWH manuals for complete info. One of the rpoblem with jacks andslides is the vast number of different series and combos that HWH has built over the years and each is different. That leaves our first big issue being to sort out which series we have.
If nothing yu have on hand tells you that, it may take a close look at the list of manuals to match what you have to the correct manual.
I try to look first at what features the control head has a way to cut the chase until the series if found and since you have a somewhat newish RV, you can skip over some of the early models that has "joystick" type controls and likely get down to the smooth button style controls. A look at the owners manual shows this later group with the slide also. Looking at pictures of the control and matching by sorting through the different manuals to match that picture is one way to get there?
Once you get down to finding which series you have, the manuals tend to be very good and very complete.
Not easy but one of the more sure ways to get good info?
Somewhat like bashing our head on the wall till it happens! UGH!

So I looked at the from HWH and it seems like for my 02 Suncruiser I have a 310 with 2 rooms and 2 relays, so i have found which cables go where but some of them have terrible label. I was really just hopping I could compare with someone else so I could try and identify some of the wires without have to trace them all back.

Yes, fullly understand what would be better! Not meaning to say what you are asking is wrong but wanted to offer an alternate as it seems there are so many different series and different options like slides or not that it might be a really long shot to find somebody with the same to compare?
Getting the attention of somebody who has the same and then assuming they will have looked down under the RV, made me think it might not come around in a practical time frame!
The older I get, the less I like the idea of crawling under the RV, if you know what I mean!

Last year the forum had wonderful technical archives this year apparently Winnebago has closed down the archive making the technical aspects more difficult so reviewing older help posts may also be a another way.

when I am trying to prove a theory I post lots of photos for others to compare with what I see for future repairs

So if you can provide some photos of what’s going on those are beneficial to others in future repairs

Seeing that you did that thank you as that’s likely to help some people in the future 😋

I can post some of the fix too! Here yah go!
