I have the HWH leveling system and the jacks will not go down. I've changed the fluid with Dextron and it's at the full mark. I'll turn it on and touch either the up or down button and here a click down at control box as well with the jacks but nothing happens. I think the problem is that the pump motor is not coming on. Thanks in advance for any help.

First thing to do is ID your HWH model leveling system; this HWH PDF will help. When you determine your model# you can download your HWH service manual here. Pay attention to details for accuracy.
To me, your description sounds like the leveling system solenoid has failed. Depending on model# you can have 1,2 or 3 solenoids, each with a different function. It's all contained in your model # service manual troubleshooting section.
If the motor is actually not working, you can buy an aftermarket motor for just over $100.

Sorry for lack of info. This is the 310 series with the rabbit button at the bottom. I think the motor is ok because both slid outs work ok.

Finally got around to possibly finding some info. Not at all sure of what I'm thinking but there may be a difference in what series you have? Big guess so point it out if this is wrong!
I kind of feel like there is a 310 series but that is for a system for slides, not the actual jack system? Bot h may use the same pump and some parts but maybe look over the pictures of these two different model of HWH and see if one seems to match what you have for the jacks?
I think this is the manual for the 310 series but that seems to only speak about the slide repair, etc.

Then I find this for the 625 series leveling:

This has a picture of the control panel. Maybe a look to compare for what you have?
But it does look like a good complete troubleshooting layout in the way I like to go when I get into some new area.
They do warn to go at each step in order to avoid going past a problem!.
They indicate it is best to go with testing the manual operation first as it needs to work before the auto system will.

First I'll see if I have 12v at #10 power wire (black 6100) leading threw a 40 amp fuse to pump relay. Thanks Rich

I've found a 310 series service manual. First I'll check 12v at #10 power wire ( black 6100 ) that goes down through the 40 amp and then to relay will see.

Yep, don't skip a troubleshooting step. If you determine a solenoid is bad, don't buy a new one. Send your bad one to HWH for rebuilding. A new one is >$500 + tax.
The HWH 310 leveling system is manual operation only. ref: HWH Service Manual Downloads

Thanks for the info on saving some money. I'll let you know what I find as soon as I can find time LOL

Did you just finish doing the hydraulic oil? If it was working before maybe you bumped a wire. Id check and see what you might have disrupted while changing the oil.

I had the same issue on my 2003 and it was a burnt fuse right at the pump that wasn’t to be found in the manual.
