It might be what was called a Winnebago "Canned Ham." Here are the Winnebago Brochures from 1969 to date, but I can only find this 1962 sheet for the 14', 16', & 19' Canned Hams.

Also do a Google image search on 1961 Winnebago trailer or similar to find pages with that model.

This might be a place where Winnebago folks would be super glad to dig some info out as a sales point! Highly unlikely the "official" name was canned ham!
Can you tell use some backstory on how you happen to come by one that old and looking so good? Or is it just super restore job?
