Every time my fridge kicks on on AC or gas it makes a fairly loud humming sound. This lasts until it comes down to temperature and it kicks off. Anyone else have this problem and a fix? Thanks.

The travel locks on our Norcold refrigerator do not engage. It appears that there is not a corresponding hole in the latch plate for the lock bolts to engage. Has anyone experienced the same issue? What was the fix? 2021 Reflection 337RLS Thanks
