If the valve extensions are installed properly they will not give you any trouble..Be sure that the person installing them tightens them super tight. I have the braided extensions on the rear wheels...

A couple of turns of electrical tape around the keeper is a old fix If it starts to rattle again just replace the tape. Also a teflon coated keeper is available and this too helps. Good luck
