Do like I have to do. Turn off the house battery by the switch up front. Go back to the batteries and physically disconnect the chassis batteries. Batteries don't drain.

Got one! My basement will not operate in cool mode but both compressors operate in heat mode.

Ran the generator and still no cooling and no heat until I set the temp more then 4 degrees higher...
