We were unable to run both A/C units on our 30 amp either. Ours had an Emergency Management Switch, not a System, but it didn’t work. We upgraded to 50 amp have had no issues since.

I wish you luck because we got absolutely nowhere with them until we had a lawyer write a letter. Then they agreed to upgrade us to 50 amp at no charge.
