Question RV 11" higher than toad

So I thought I needed a 10" up-down receiver. Now I read Winnebago does not recommend any lower than 4".

My toad is a 2017 Jeep Wrangler.

Are there base plate risers? Or any suggestions? TY

Moovin on up, traded our 2016 Thor Vegas 25.2 for a grey 2019 Winnebago Sightseer 36Z. Wow what a difference.
