2016 Aspect 27K Kitchen Window problem

I have a 2016 Aspect 27K... the lower part of the kitchen window has dropped down...brought RV to a shop and they tried to glue it back so that the window would open... it didn't hold and the lower...

We bought our Aspect from the original...

We bought our Aspect from the original owners...the only reference to straps are in the Maintenance Section of the Air Helper Springs...they refer to torque specifications.

Kitchen Window

Having problem opening window... told I needed to replace entire window($$$$$)... could the problem just be the crank assembly... would appreciate any help... this window is the frameless kind.

City Water Flange

Can't figure out leak at city water flange...doesn't appear to be coming behind flange... replaced washers...still drips a small amount.

Any thoughts?

what is the size socket needed to remove the drain plug on the water heater... I have a 2016 aspect 27k with an atwood water heater.

Rear Air Springs

I have a 2016 Aspect 27K with rear air springs...the original/previous owner did not put any air in them... i measured wheel well to ground on each side...it's recommended you keep pressures the same...

Metal Wrap on slide toppers

I have a 2016 Aspect 27K.... there is a metal wrap on the bedroom slide topper... not one on the other slide topper on the drivers side... should there be one?
