The plastic backsockets are discontinued. The newer coaches are using metal ball-bearing type...

Same thing happened to me as you can see on the forum. I fooled with it for 3 days, replacing on/off rocker on back of water heater ( NEEDED) still no water coming out of faucets on hot water side....
