In addition to the CB mounted fuse, there is likely a failsafe module installed by Norcold. Go look for it and fee if the LED is lit?

Unless there were major changes in the model, those two electric fans on the rear street side are AC cooling fans. The engine cooling fan is on the engine and exhausting straight out the rear

There are LOTS of 12v PWM dimmers on the market. You can easily spend an hour on ebay alone looking at them. Theres no reason to convert to 120 v (at great expense] simply to drop back to 12v again.....
