Shower wall bulging

My 2002 Adventurer has a slight bulge near the bottom of the shower wall and it’s separating from the bottom pan. There doesn’t seem to be any water damage and I’m hoping I can get some Gorilla glue up underneath the bottom lip and secure the wall, then re-caulk. Has anyone else had this issue?
