Back wall framing

2016 View 24j
I am installing a new camera just below the existing fitting.
Is there a wooden vertical post hidden in the wall to hold screws?
I have not been successful in finding a framing plan for walls.
Where can I find a framing plan?

Contact Winnebago support and they will send you PDF drawings of the details inside your wall. When I requested info like that it would normally arrive in my email from 2 to 7 days after my request. Here is the link:

Can you remove the OEM camera and look inside the back behind the rear cap?

Let me stress that I don't really know but in my experience they don't put structure behind those areas unless it's needed for attaching some planed item. It's not like a house with structure every so many inches.

The original camera may be water damaged, but As I don’t know if the wiring or screen or camera are the real culprits I’ve purchased a Fookoo wireless system. The new camera won’t fit the original bracket due to to positioning of the antenna.
A block of wood crewed into the original bracket and the new camera screwed to the block.
Black and red wire from the original cable and I’m ready to go without making new holes.
Thanks for your comments.

Any framing is not likely to be wood. It should be aluminum, so if you find it, you would need self tapping metal screws rather than wood screws.
