Smile Water fill? Winnebago Voyage 2427

Hi,
We just purchased a 2427 but have not taken it out. It is new but i need help. I don’t know where to fill the fresh water tank for boondock. There is a female connection on each side. There is one on the panel where it says city water and on the other side of the trailer there are a couple female connections with caps. Could you please help lol

Water Fill

The city water is for when you are at a campground and have water service available. The other bib is to fill your onboard tank. You may also have a black water fill for cleaning your black tank. DO NOT FILL THAT. I would suggest before you take your first trip to read the manual thoroughly. Also, take it with you so you can refer to it as needed.

Most of the time, the fresh tank filler will have a threaded cap but will not be something you can thread a hose onto. You merely insert the hose end and let it rest inside. The black tank flush and the city-water connection are pressurized connections (thread onto the end of the hose).

Beware of the black tank flush. You absolutely do not want to mistake it for anything else.

Check the owner's manual. Read any warning stickers/labels on or near the various connections. You can also call Winnebago Towables and ask them as well. Sometimes on bigger trailers there is a valve with which you can direct water to the fresh tank from the city-water connection.

I just watched a video on the 2021 version (Bullyan RV). It looks like the fresh tank water fill is on the curb side just behind the front axle. The cap should be labeled and you should be able to just rest the hose inside it (gravity fill).
