Saying hi for the first time-2017 Micro Minnie leak

I have a 21ft 2017 micro mini camper trailer. I have a leak over my entry door that I can't find. I've taken the molding off inside and out sealed it and still I have a leak. I'm thinking replacing the door seal next. Any suggestions?

The Micro Mini, like most trailers, has a slightly curved roof. That forces water to run off from the center of the roof both on the outside of the roof to the side-rails, and the inside of the roof if there is water intrusion anywhere on the roof. If you notice a leak over your door, water could be intruding through the roof far from the door, and the door frame becomes a convenient place for the water to exit. All of the fixtures which penetrate the one piece rubber roof should be re-sealed very couple of years. If you go several years without re-sealing, you can almost predict you’ll develop a leak somewhere. So, if you have a 2017 that has never been re-sealed, it’s time to do it. If you have re-sealed, this is not meant to offend.
