Ordered 2019 Micro Minnie

We have just ordered a 2019 Micro Minnie 2018DS, and we are very excited. It should be here the last part of August. Trying to plan ahead and wondering the size of the Murphy Bed (??double bed) I think, and if regular double bed sheets will fit. Also can you use a mattress topper, how thick, and any suggestions would be most welcome. Also if you have any space saving ideas they will be appreciated also. Downsizing from a 25 foot motor home with small slide.
Thanks!!

Hi and welcome. Congrats on the new rig. Sorry but I don't know about the size of your bed; do you have the brochure for your RV? You might check the Winnebago Industries website to see if they have the specs listed.

Have you taken delivery yet? We purchased a 2018DS last week and pick it up next Thursday. I have been wondering the same? Any news would be greatly appreciated. I will be happy to share my thoughts next week after we take "Allie" for her maiden voyage.

Generator

Any recommendations for a generator for a 2019 Micro Minnie 2106 FBS? Mostly for AC.

The size of the Murphy bed is 54x74. Full size minus one inch in length

AVLBelle: We are supposed to be able to pick our 2019 MM2108DS on Wednesday. Labor Day holiday delayed things at the dealership. We had some add on's done that the factory doesn't do: retractable awning over dinette slide; larger propane tanks; extra battery; back up camera; zamp solar suit case panels, etc. We have seen it, it's awesome, and we really like the new exterior graphics, counter tops, back splash for stove top, valance shape, sliding windows, etc. that are all new from the factory. Our dealer/salesman didn't even know about the changes until it arrived on the lot. The Murphy bed is a double bed 54x74 and uses full/double bedding. We also had the extreme weather pkg.(extra insulation) and off road pkg. (15"tires and raised axle) added when we ordered it. If all goes planned we hope to hit the road for Montana, 18,000 miles from our home, to visit our son on Saturday. Quiet the maiden voyage! Good luck with your MM.
OH! There is a "Micro Minnie Owners" group on Facebook that you can join. Awesome active group with tons of info, experiences, pics, add on's, etc. We have learned a lot there.

we purchased trailer size sheets on amazon. you can put a 2-3 inch mattress overlay on the murphy bed. may want to consider purchasing a different mattress. we looked into mattress overlays and settled on a new foam mattress. hubby did alot of research and came to this decision.

Also consider things that can serve more than one function, i.e. instead of buying pads specifically for padding between dishes & pots and pans, use towels and washcloths. Multifunction tools.
