New Winnie 2016 Journey 36M owners

My DW and I debated and researched for most of a year, and then, seemingly in spite of everything we learned, we sold our house and upgraded our 'starter' FR3 30DS to a 2016 Journey 36M with under 12K miles.

The education continues: 3 original tires were replaced, the PO apparently did something to require all 3 passenger side tires be replaced. They replaced with LRH tires, and we just went that route for the driver's side.

Today, a visit to Bish's in Junction City, OR for slide adjustments, repair of non-functioning door lock, and roof recaulking where needed.

Tomorrow is an appointment at Freightliner in Coburg, OR for 15K mile service.

Whoever said a DP was expensive was not far off.

But we're going to enjoy it as long as we can 😁

Welcome to the forum and wishing you the best with your Journey. Oregon has many great places to service motorhomes, so with any luck you will be on the road much more than in the shop.

Hi Tom,
The 36M Journey is one cool motorhome! At only 12K miles, it is still basically brand-new.
Welcome to the forum.
Eagle5
P.S. GeezerRider is a great moniker.

Eagle5, thank you! We are very happy with our new to us Journey. We were pretty lucky to find a coach that was basically new, but without the 'new' price.

My name comes from my motorcycling days, which sadly are behind me
