New Winnebago View

I bought a 2008 Winnebago View 24M. I thought a got a great deal on it, only 55K miles, generator has only 67 hours, but so far it's been a money pit. I've had to rebuild the generator (mouse chewed wires), reflash the instrument panel cluster, and the ESP light comes on sometimes, and then goes off, I'm thinking it's a bad wheel sensor. But then you have to expect some maintenance issues. Tires have almost all the tread, date code 3714 (37th week of 2014) so should be good for a couple more years. I'm looking forward to using it this summer, hopefully without any more issues. I'm also thinking about getting some Alcoa wheels, upgrading the suspension, installing some solar panels.

Welcome to Winnie Owners, we are glad you joined us.

Tires and brakes are important.

We've only had our View for 6 months and we've done many upgrades including suspension and solar.

Welcome to the fun! Suspension, Solar and Hydraulic Jacks. I think I'm good for a bit...
