New to the forum

Hi. We are new to the forum and still fairly new to Minnie Winnie towables. We have been camping for many years, but decided to get up off the ground with a Jayco Hummingbird teardrop trailer a few years ago. After a couple years in the little Jayco, we decided what we wanted in a larger trailer and traded up to a Minnie Winnie 2306BHS that we are very happy with. We pull it with a RAM 1500 pickup truck. It is usually just my wife and I along with our dog, but once in a while we have the 2 grand kids with us (ages 8 and 10) - so the bunkhouse that folds up to provide extra storage works perfect for us. I look forward to reading what other Minnie Winnie owners, and particularly other 2306BHS owners, have done to modify and equip their towables.

Sounds like a nice setup. I'm slightly smaller because it's just the wife and I, and I wanted a truck that would fit into my garage. But what I have wouldn't work with two grandkids alone for the ride.

When the grand kids saw the new trailer, they were surprised to see a dining table big enough for the 4 of us to sit at for meals and games. They didn't realize the little teardrop trailer had a dinette because it was always down as a bed when they traveled with us. It's funny how first impressions affect future expectations.
