New Owner - 2022 Spirit 26T

Hey all

We have been rving now for about a year with a small trailer, and felt that we needed to step in size a bit. The Spirit is the right fit for us, and we love the quality of our Winnebago. We do have a few issues with it, most notably there was a brace that supported the hydraulic jacks in the rear that fell off while we were camping. Not sure how, but we lost 5 bolts and 7 nuts that held it in place. Luckily, no one was hurt that I know about.

Hi Willie B 1117,
That 26T is the Swiss Army Knife of Class Cs, to be sure. It sounds like that one brace was hand-tightened when the lunch whistle blew, and somebody forgot to finish tightening it down. A quick trip to the hardware store would be an easy fix. I do like those Nyloc nuts, if that fits your application. Sometimes, things like that are quicker to fix yourself, but I would still let the dealership know it happened. Let us just hope your water heater works well (ha-ha-ha; yes, bad joke - I saw your other post).
Welcome to the forum.

Those are the type of nuts that I used to put that brace back on. They seem secure now, but it will be something I check each time we go out.
