Okay! Welcome to the group!
As a fine point, things may get kind of iffy when we look for info as much of the online help for drawings and specific info is after 1975!
So there may have to be more guessing than if we can look at how it was built, plumbed and wired!
I did some work on that age group at one time but that just means I've forgotten most of what I learned!

One big help for everybody will be getting the right info on which specific 1969 model you have!
Do they have any of the printed material that should have been in a big bag to travel with the RV? That bag of info might be really critical for learning what and how to deal with the RV, as well as how to ID exactly what it is you have!
Motorized or trailer?
Model number is a big help as well as what chassis it is built on. There may still be a label on the wall next to the driver's left side with critical info of this sort?

Welcome,
Basically what we now call a "Brave"?

Here's a link to a 55 year old kind of brochure:

Okay! That's beginning to get us down to what we need to talk about!
A 318 likely tells us it is built on a Dodge chassis and engine (stripped chassis?) with the RV then built on top.
If you get into needing parts/repair for the things that would come on a normal truck, you may need to verify that the year of the RV is the same as the chassis year!
Often there is confusion if the chassis is built in 68 but the top not added until 69! So if you go for some part like a fuel filter or brakes, there may be a difference to consider.
Finding that label may be a big help on that but also if you can find an emissions sticker out under the hood, it can tell you some good stuff if/when needed.

So is there anything specific that needs attention right now?
That "more experienced" RV sometimes had problems with leaks around where the top and sides meet. Those can be really important to seal before letting too much more damage be done!

This Winnebago D22 Is a Prime Example of What a Fully-Featured RV Looked Like 55 Years Ago
