New here, not to Winnies

Hi all!

I’m new here, but am on my second Winnebago. My husband and I renovated a 1989 Warrior and then moved on to our current 2000 Brave. In all the work, upgrades, and repairs we’ve done, we’ve come to love Winnebago. We’ve got friends who have other brands of campers and the quality and resources like old diagrams just aren’t there.

That being said we still have a ton to learn! For example, our hydraulic slide/leveling system just quit on us last weekend and we’re supposed to take off for a 14 hour trip to Idaho in one week. Yay!

The forums I’ve found here have been super helpful, and we’re hoping we can fix it before we leave. No shops can even see us this time of year. Wish us luck!

Hi Brave Maeve,
It sounds like you are going to have some adventures; both in your repairs and your travels. Here are some links which may be useful:
Parts One
Parts Two
Manuals and Diagrams
Brochures

Please let us know what you find for the cause of the hydraulic failure.
Welcome to the Forum.
