New GA member with 2017 Minnie 2455BHS

What’s up? Been a lurker for a couple years and finally decided to make an account. We have had our 2017 Winnebago Minnie 2455BHS camper since June of 2020 and have spent around 20 different trips in it so far. Mostly long weekends but some 5-7 day trips.. we normally travel within a 4 hour area and can find some sweet places around the North Georgia Mountains and around all the lakes with the travel area.. we love spending time on the water kayaking and fishing or bike riding and hiking .. looking forward to traveling further at some point

Heading to Talladega this weekend with her

Maybe we will see y’all around on one of these trips

Greetings Npeters7,
The Talladega National Forest sounds like a wonderful park. Maybe I will make it over there sometime, but that is a long ways away for me.
Your trailer looks perfect! We currently have a Thread discussing how to keep the colors (especially red) looking bright. I just looked and low and behold I see you just posted the answer to what I was about to ask you, which is "what do you use?" Thank you for chipping-in on that discussion!
Welcome to the forum.

While the Talladega National Forest will be on my go to list. We travel to a lot of GA state Parks..

This weekend we are camping in the in field at Talladega Speedway for the Nascar race.

I really wish Nascar would go back to racing production cars. Some of the great cars were developed for the Nascar races.

Those were the good ol days.. Nascar sure has changed a lot .. I didn’t watched it for a long time and just recently started going.. Mainly to camp in the in field.. and it is a whole different type of racing. Nothing like “fair” racing. What type of fun is that? Lol. Let the man see if he is going to blow a tire or run out of fuel if he doesn’t want to pit… just a different playing field than I was used to
