Minnie Winnie 31G Owner with Issues to fix

Hello fellow RVers! I have just purchased a 2018 Minnie Minnie 31G.
Whoooo Hooo!!

There are issues that we have to fix right away, such as the shower outer cover has a crack in it, the rear view camera is not working, and there were soft spots on the back wall !

I will be doing lots of reading in these forums to get ideas for repair, replacements, and upgrades. Also for advice on where to go and where to stay.

Hopefully in the future I will have advice to offer other people that are dealing with issues. Looking forward to enjoying my reading and traveling.

Thanks,
Timeshare RV

Greetings TimeshareRV,
Sounds like a great motorhome you have there (2018 brochure.) From your moniker, it looks like you and others will share this Minnie Winnie, right? Sounds like a great idea.
Welcome to the forum.

When dealing with a new to me RV, I fist like to look at what I have and find how it is put together if I need to get it apart!
Several sites, I like:

Parts to find things as well as get part numbers if it gets down to searching them:
https://catalog3d.winnebagoind.com/menu/Parts.htm

Sometimes a different way of looking at hidden plumbing may help:
https://www.winnebago.com/Files/File...m/Plumbing.htm

And the always famous wiring:

https://www.winnebago.com/Files/File...ram/Wiring.htm

I can always ignore the info but I also find it handy when needed! Best of luck with the new venture. That back wall may be the bear in the woods as it is often a sign of leaks and wood getting bad. Check the caulk/sealing especiaslly if there is a light on the outside and just above the soft spot? Better sooner than later as it gets worse if ignored.

2018 Minnie Winnie

Thanks Eagle5 and yes I share with 2 of my siblings. Hopefully that way it doesn’t just sit.

Also Thanks Morich. I have found those sites you linked to me except the plumbing. As for the rear wall as soon as I got it home I recaulked the rear wall all the way down and around the lights in that area. I hope that will stop or at least slow any more problems.

Safe Travels,
TimeshareRV
