Itasca Sunstar 31KE help w/ladder

Good Morning, can anyone recommend a ladder for the Sunstar 31KE? We just bought it and it didn’t come with one. Curious why they don’t?

Yes indeed, that is a consistent thing with the 31KE. I found the video below which shows no rear ladder at the 90 second mark. This is a 2016.
