I've been a Winnie Solis 59PX owner for about a year and I'd like to exchange information and ideas with others. I built custom adjustable shelving in some of the base cabinets, installed a Weboost cell booster. I'm looking to extend the freshwater inlet to the coach's exterior and looking for ideas on best way to do that. Also wondering why Winnebago did not do that for this model.

As to why there is not outside "city water" connection I have no idea but I know other Class B owners have lamented the same design choice.

I don't know of any permanent fix for the issue. I've never seen a post by anyone that modified the water inlet.

I am thinking of adding an exterior inlet port with check valve and flex hose to connect to interior water inlet just like a hose so as to not compromise the system, simply have a connection to the exterior of the coach.
