Hi all, first time MW owner, long time camper owner here

We just bought a 2020 mini Winnie 1808fbs, and hope to learn a lot about it here. We are downsizing from a 2012 30’ grey wolf toy hauler. We also downsized our tv from a 2006 f250 to a 2017 f150. We plan to go to more places where we can fit a smaller camper. And hope to go more often as I am retiring and DW has more weekdays off. It’s much easier to reserve campsites during the weekdays.

Greetings R1campr,
It sounds like a wonderful plan. The Micro Minnie 1808FBS is the perfect floor plan for two. Glad that you have joined us here at Winnie Owners.

Welcome. I know it's confusing but a Minnie Winnie is a motorhome, a Micro Minnie is a trailer. Nicknames can be confusing.

You might want to set up a signature block similar to mine and Eagle5's that identifies your Micro Minnie 1808BS and your tow vehicle. That way, when you post a question, we'll always know what rig you have even if you forget to state it in your post.

Mini, Micro it all seems the same. Doesn’t it? Well, it does until you receive some Minnie Winnie motorhome parts instead of the Micro Minnie Travel Trailer parts you need.

You can tell I’m new to the Winnebago world. I learned something already.
Hopefully my signature will show up on this.

Yes! You signature shows up fine. But… Minnie… not mini.

You’ll get the hang of it.
