Hello from Oregon south coast
Have 2014 Sunstar 31KE for 18 months. Retired civil enginner. Have put on about 10,000 miles ourselves. Performed all maintenance/upgrades myself so far. Thankful there are good RV education DVDs, you tube, and books. Previous owners must have worked out the warranty issues, thank goodness. Always some little thing to fix (it is a light weight house subjected to earth quake like forces after all - haha). Installed Hellwig sway bars fore and aft and a Roadmaster steering stabilizer. What a great difference that made. Replaced all lights with LEDs. Installed Trik-L-charge to prevent chassis battery discharge when sitting. Tow a jeep wrangler with blue ox hitch and auto stop brake system. Wife and I travel with dog and cat. Greetings All.
