Hello from Alberta - 2018 2106DS

Hi
My husband and I just bought a 2018 2106ds. It had never been sold so basically new. Love the floorplan. Got folded into the Murphy bed when making it the first time . Funny now but horrifying at the time. I have one question. The manufacturer states you need to strip and replace all the seals on the roof, windows etc. annually. Well this unit sat for 2 years. We don't see any cracks in the seals but I am wondering should we do that before we take it out? What do you experienced owners recommend? This is our first Winni but not our first trailer.
Thanks
DMac
