Hello 2003 Minnie Winnie Slide Controller?

Thank you for allowing me to join. I am in hopes that someone can maybe help me out with my 2003 Mini Winnie. It has a Kwikee, DigiSync Room Slide System and I can not seem to get it to work. It is blinking both green & red, then just the green blinks. (28 times) The book I have only goes to 15 for dyanostics. I have manually over rode the e brake so it shows its on. Cleaned the battery terminals, disconnected the wiring harness & then plugged back in and tried the reset several times and nothing. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. I live a good 150 miles away from any service companies. Again, thank you. Teena

Black Controller Box

Hello all.
I have a 2003 Minnie Winnie and I am trying to locate the controller box for the slide out. I have looked everywhere. I found the one for the steps but not the slide out. If anyone has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate any assistance. I have taken all of the inside panels off and searched underneath several times. Been told that they like to "hide" them??? They sure do. Again, Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi Teena,
While the 2003 manual for the Minnie Winnie does not mention the existence of a slide-out, the 2004 manual does! Please check on page 2-13 of the 2004 Owner's Manual.

Teena, welcome.

You are 55 miles from Baker City and there are a few RV repair places there and a number that will travel to you possibly.

Here's one:

We may be missing a bit of info on the RV?

Looking at your profile, I see a 24 foot model but that leaves it out of the Minnie Winnie group? Is it possible it is a Winnebago Minnie, not a Minnie Winnie? Sounds like splitting hairs but there are actually different models of those names!

Can you do a check or spot which model you have as a place to start? Also can we assume you are looking for the box which controls the slideout? Something likely found in one of the compartments or base of the slide?

Thank you very much Creativepart and Morich.
I was not aware of the service available in Baker.
As far as the two different groups....had no clue. I looked and mine is a
WF324F.
Yes, I am looking for the box which controls the slideout. I have looked in all of the compartments and the underside of the entire vehicle.
Again, thank you everyone for lending a helpful hand.

AARG!! What do we do when we find EVERYTHING exceptwhat we want?

Finding lots of that stuff that you never asked about but not what you want---just some hints>>>

This is the partsdrawingswhich will show you almost every nut and bolt of the slide down about page 106 to 112:

https://www.winnebago.com/Files/File...GO/3wf324f.pdf

Second thought was to look on the electrical drawings for the 12VDC group. But not finding the true answer for location there either:

Full wiring drawings here:
https://www.winnebago.com/Files/File...ram/Wiring.htm

The 12VDC here:
https://www.winnebago.com/Files/File...0167472008.pdf

Down about 15 pages into the set, I find drawing showing the wiring I think leads to what we arecalling the controller. They call it encoder! They show location of a couple items but not location for the endocer (contrller?) But that is for a Ford chassis and the Chevy/ GM chassis is several drawings down further but looked same for this part of the RV.

Since thetwo parts they do tell us location as shown, would the controller be hung upside down on the bottom of the slide where you would never look?

I find it mentioned on the next frame (page?) down but no location there either.

Click these snip to get a better view.
Basic nothingburger??

Well, I finally found the controller. It was hiding behind a plastic cover in one of the lower compartments. The bad news is that I believe it is bad. Contacted Winnebago and that part number has been discontinued and no other company picked it up like Lippert. I am currently reaching out to some RV Salvage yards but no luck yet. If anyone has any ideas, that would be great. It is a Kwikee PN-1802930 control box.
Thank you.
