Headliner drooping

I have a 2007 Winnebago Sprinter & the headliner has started coming down in the bunk above the cab. The foam attached to the fabric has started to dissolve. After taking down the fabric & cleaning the surface it was mounted on, what is the best thing to replace it with or can the fabric be cleaned & re-install foam?
